Before launching our products, we have sent them to internationally recognized authoritative laboratories for testing, including chemical composition, dishwasher, and microwave safety testing.

If a customer receives damaged products, we will prepare replacements and send them to the customer. We decided to create Famiware to provide a warm and relaxed dining experience for families, friends, and individuals.

Famiware's tableware is made of organic and natural clay, fired at 2340°F for 13.5 hours, making it sturdy, long-lasting, and chip-resistant. Famiware's tableware is dishwasher and microwave safe, lead-free, and has passed safety testing at internationally accredited laboratories. If a customer receives damaged products, we will send replacements free of charge.
